 Location: United States, New Haven, CT Join date: June 2009 Member #: 2956 Posts: 102  |  Does anyone know of a trustworthy business attorney in Santo Domingo?I've been in the process of starting an LLC here in Santo Domingo, I have been trying for over 3 months and I just decided to give up and hire an attorney the laws here are way too confusing and no one ever has an answer to a question. I would be most grateful if someone could point me in the direction of a reputable lawyer to help with incorporation. Many thanks. Squire Sanders has an office in Santo Domingo. They are the only US firm in the DR. I cannot recommend a law firm but avoid at all costs the firm of ...Shyster Swindle and Gonif...and there are many more just like them too numerous to name  al capo di tutti capi de los trolls |

Location: Dominican Republic Join date: April 2008 Member #: 660 Posts: 71 | Stay away from any Lawyer in the DR !!!!!!!! There are no honest Dominican Lawyers . You can Google for Brigitte Stuckmann, i think she is German, she is located in Santiago if i am not wrong. She might be able to help you out. We used her several times and were always satisfied. |
