First of all I do not allow Sazon of any kind in my kitchen or the Creole Adoobo. It was an on going battle here in PR in the Military Mess Halls/DFAC's that I was the contractor since July 1998. Does 'nt anyone grow there own herbs etc there? who do they not know what it is? I have some friends that just built a house in the area you mentioned,/ That is up in the mountains and center of the country, right? What is Cofresi area like? There is a place available for lease there , it looks pretty nice in pictures ? ???? Just got back form the mountains here and it is cocktail time and I am tired. so later on this OK? |

The buns/bread is just as critical as the meat. and the onions lettuce and tomato, good pickle spear and good relish how ever you like Everyone puts so much junk in the meat, and it is not necessary.. |

My friend in the Dr today made home made banana bread and oatmeal, raisin cookies form scratch, she lives in the mountain area and just built a house and has a garden of fresh vegetables and fruits trees too , Her husband came home to this tonight from San Juan, not bad huh? |
