actually, i dont see that what rene wrote is incorrect, and while not ALL of what was offered up will apply in MOST cases, it is a general menu of ideas, and you choose those applicable for YOUR particular business.

True not all businesses have a premium or cheaper model, but perhaps level of service.

Even a pepper farmer can offer that YOU come pick the peppers yourself for a discount, OR they will pick them, select the best ones and deliver them to your home for a premium. You need to look at whats being offered and apply it to your situation, and not just shoot down someones offering because you might not have thought through all the possibilities

and before either one of you gets started, i am not agreeing or disagreeing with either of you. I am not claiming to be a lawn jockey or a govt employee or anything else. I am a Senior Vice President of a company that lends money on commercial projects and some business startups. We also have an alternative energy division.
