Any True Blood Fans?
I am soooo Hooked on this show!!! Check it out is awesome!!!





True Blood is an American television drama series created and produced by Alan Ball. It is based on the Sookie Stackhouse book series (also known as The Southern Vampire Mysteries) by Charlaine Harris. The show is broadcast on the premium cable network HBO in the United States. It is produced by HBO in association with Ball's production company, Your Face Goes Here Entertainment.[1] It premiered on September 7, 2008. The show's second 12-episode season will premiere on June 14, 2009.

True Blood details the co-existence of vampires and humans in Bon Temps, a fictional small northern Louisiana town. The series centers on Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress at a bar, who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer). [1][2]

The first season received critical acclaim and won several awards, including one Golden Globe.

I watched the entire first season with the wife. Interesting show, I really like the Southern setting ... as usual it goes well with vampire/supernatural theme. It's coming back for season two soon right?

Also a fan of Sookie's friend with the temper. I don't know if she is a genuine Louisiana girl but if not she pulls it off well!

I really liked the scene where the vampire Compton visited the historical society and explained fighting for the confederacy, owning Black slaves, knowing the ancestors of the people in the room, etc. They should have done more with that though. I don't recall if he was directly asked what he thought of emancipation/Northern victory.

I liked that episode too! But I have to say that my favorite character have to be Lafayette Reynolds!
