DominicanLady, there should be a law against you! maybe there is. have you turned on to the aforementioned Ms Rodrigues? Brazil is a hotbed of marvellous music. i was browsing in a record store some years back, and found some music by a monster trumpeter called Marcio Montarroyos. most of his stuff is out of print, but i wore out his cds. by the way, i am just grinning from ear to ear, listening to the fantastic "Sinner Man", by Nina Simone. wow!. by the way, TRY HARD to get hold of a kid called Remy Shand, from Canada. you will be pleased, i assure you. |
