RE: Jazz
Professor Arsenio, have you ever had the pleasure of listening to a band from the West Coast called Caldera? it was a 1980s group, sounding a lot like weather report. also, what do you think of my buddy Andy Narell? or, the Caribbean Jazz Project?

Never heard of either of those. I did hear of a goup out of L.A. I believe called Tierra, though.

RE: Jazz
Dread;

When you speak of musicians that sounded like Weather Report, I can olnly think of two groups;
Chic Corea's Return to Forever, and John Mc Laughlin's Mahavishnu Orchestra.

I believe they called this Avant Garde Jazz, really out there.........out of sight.
