MLB Playoffs have not been great this year
What is going on??? Three teams swept in the first round. This is bad for baseball and the cities where the swept teams are from. I beleive that the first round should go from first to win three games to first to reach 4 games won. This will allow both towns to get atleast two games in.

first round needs to be longer. its better for the local economies. Imagine if minesota would have won a game. They would have had another sold out game at close to 60,000 fans in the dome. Thats alot of lost $$$ for that town. The stadium people/vendors would have had an extra day of work at least. The players get paid but the local people are screwed out of an extra day

Xwill:

the best of 7 series is saved for the World Series.... just bcs there is a economics benefit to the city , that would void the sportsmanship of the game.

its fine as it is.

With the large $$$ that players charge, teams could use as much $$$ as you can get. Some cities do not have a full house every game

Baseball has become a business so there's no way owners are not making money......when they don't they sell their teams.
