TRUE Hi-Hop is an artistic expression created by Afro Descendants ( it's a group arts : Graphing, Dancing, DJ, Poetry, Moral Values) like Rock N Roll, Jazz, Funk Soul, Blues, Tango, Afro-Cuban music etc, etc
