Though I can't say much about the D.R in Haiti I can assure you that the state never seems to fully take control of a positive situation to enforce the security of the public. I can simply hope that would-be accidents do not occur in the future when these events reoccur. Great stuff anyhow.. |

Your're right, but then you couldn't get as close to the show  But I agree, a car spinning out of control could do a lot of damage, but you know, safety is not a primary concern here in the DR.
