NBA the Dominican Impact!
Yes sir, Dominicans are branching out to many sports and truelly showing that we are multi-talented athletes. It's not just baseball we are also starting to dominate basketball in the NBA.

How do you see the future of the Dominican players in the NBA?

Al Horford helped the Atlanta Hawks return the playoffs after a long hiatus. This gifted young man, the son of former NBA player, Tito Horford, is projected to be the Rookie of the Year in the NBA.

Francisco Garcia, a third year player in the NBA. Has found his niche in Sacramento as the Kings confrim that he is an integral part of the 5-man starting line up. He has had a solid season this year.

Charlie Villanueva, another star in the making in the NBA with the Toronto Raptors. He has elevated his game and has a establish himself as a solid player.

More to come !!!!

I must admit that Horford is quite the talent out there in the NBA, and really provides some star depth to the Atlanta Hawks. I enjoy watching his play. The Hawks in general are better than most thought they really were and I was absolutely stunned that they defeated Boston twice in this series so far.

Did you guys see when Horford made that shot and started talking trash to Pierce......I have to admit that he is a hell of athlete(Horford), but you better show Paul Pierce some respect....Because your still a rookie

LOL. I love the fire and passion he plays with. Personally, I feel like the Celtics think they won the Championship already and they are not showing the Hawks respect. Now, with the series tied at 2-2 they have no choice but to respect them. Paul Pierce is a known trash-talker, I'm sure Horford had a good reason to lash out!

Pierce got punked!!!!! LOL. I can't stand Boston!!!!!

I think your right NY4life. Garnet is starting to act like he's invincible on the court. I'm still laughing about that crossover Johnson hit that guy with.

Johnson was Mr. 4th quarter on that game. He simply lit up and kept scoring consecutively and I know the Celtics were stunned. Horford on the other hand held his ground against Pierce (who is in fact a known trash talker, in fact Boston as a team is too cocky for my taste) and so I applauded him for that. I'm not even a Hawks fan but in this series I've been rooting for them.

I don't think so but never forget the NBA motto: "Where amazing happens". Leandro might actually get hot or he might not. The Suns need to buff up their interior defense to shut out Tony Parker's exceptional penetration ability if they want to have any chance of winning.

jeezus, NY4LIFE: don't you think that it is a little strong to assert that Dominicans are beginning to " dominate" the NBA? horford is a fantastic player, of all star quality : the other guys are on the way up. it is like saying that argentina is dominating the NBA because of Ginobli!!
