Is it safe to revive this thread now? I see we were joined by some fine warriors in the last weeks, maybe with the break in the storm they'd care to intro themselves.

I was born in Santiago to the Peralta clan from the San Jose De Las Matas region. I currently live in Guachinton Jais, Nueba Yol, my favorite place outside of my country. Im a curandero(nutritionist) I work in a very special place in where we help very sick people and many crazy f.... lol...Ived lived all over the city and several states, including high school in an all white town in Conneticut which made me realize how glad i was to be Dominican....From what I hear Im the life of the party. Also famous for my cooking and good music...especially musica de viejo.....I packed my bags in 98 and stayed in DR for two years traveling around and getting to know everything I could....those times were some of the best in my life....Mi familia is huge and we have thousands of relatives all over and we pretty much all know eachother and still share that true Dominican love of all things related to family....I love Brugal, Presidente, Cafe Santo Domingo,Guarinas and Refresco Country Club de Frambuesa....I go back pretty much every three months and bring back Oregano, Agrio de Naranja, Sabila, Auyamas, Aguacates...etc....Im trying to bring in some Chivo so if any one has a good tip please do share....I want to go back and stay in the hills for ever......Como decia la Lupe "my inglis is no very good lookin"
