STOCKS: Who Is Into That?

Just as I thought. No one has a clue when it comes to other issues or topics that are not of Haitian-Dominican or general Socio-related debates. What a waste and shame!

Do you know anything about L.A.M.P and . NET. By the way just so you know any Dominican with enough to put into the stock market here in USA is not living in USA. You are asking the wrong question in the wrong site. Rich Dominicans don't leave the country only those who are not.

Well LAMP stand for LINUX,APACHE,MYSQL,PHP is a combination of open source programming languages and open source software that gets used to develop large computer framework and .NET is Microsoft framework for programming computers my point is just because people don't answer to your question doesn't mean they are not interested in it it maybe nobody of the 3000 user has enough money to play around with buying stocks. I personally use both LAMP and .NET to make my living as a computer programmer. Both are good investments to learn since LAMP is mostly free there are other ways to make money by using it and .NET too. Both of these technologies are good investment if you want to learn and make money because from eBay to Google and DT are making money of either one of them. I don't know how much you know about Computer Science but LAMP and .NET is the technology behind everything you do while using a computer for your daily life and lots more. Anyways we talk about it

You forget that this fourm is populated by Left-Wing, Pro-socialist, anti-capitalist complainers.

In other words........They have no money.

Can you imagine an actual discussion of investing here? Would people like ABC or Chilli have anything of value to offer?

RE: THE STOCK MARKET: Who Is Into That?
I guess Russia has the most natural resoruces - I invest there. Many US companies are near bankrupcy, have doubtful accounting practices and do not have a stable business model - stay away. Possibe exceptions could be solar panel manufacturers with low cost product, farmland and farming connected companies, train and windpwer comanies . Go for things that will give you an immediate income for 10 year etc. - growing bamboo, tomatoes, solar panels, beansprouting kit, cider making kit, solar ovens for cooking your food, solar films, thermal curtains, etc. for reducing air-con consumption. Invest in a bicycle and windsurfer to keep fit.
All sound advice aC.

ABC the Souros of the Caribbean is into the cider making kit The only time you invest in Russia is when you can afford to buy a bottle of STOLI

RE: THE STOCK MARKET: Who Is Into That?
FD is into ostrich farms - birds that bury their head in the sand.....
http://www.ostrich.com/farming/farminginvestment.html
but now the best chance is to sell shares in ostrich farms.
An American here has invested in cider making so I won't replicate that. But in Santo Domingo there is big market!
Not true I have investments in Russia. This fund is up big time now!
