Location: United States, Quisqueya Join date: August 2008 Member #: 1291 Posts: 9144 | Haiti Prime Minister slams its “good neighbor”, despite LF overture IMMEDIATE AND SWIFT RESPONSE FROM A BITTER AND FAILED NEIGHBOR Haiti Prime minister Michele Pierre-Louis on Thursday said the recent incidents involving her compatriots and Dominican Republic could jeopardize the "good neighbor" relations of both nations, just two days after the latter’s President, Leonel Fernandez, asked the Ibero-American community to accept Haiti as a member, as a “historic reparation.” "Recurrent aggressions, gratuitous murders, harassments, untimely repatriations, border incidents in which our fellow citizens are victims and fellow citizens defy our consciousness brings back to and question our humanity," Pierre-Louis said. The Haitian Government leader said the incidents of recent weeks affect Haiti-Dominican relations Republic, among them the lynching of a Haitian in Santo Domingo as a crowd cheered, could harm the good relations the two countries should have. Gen we get a lot of hot air on these forums from the disgruntled troll committee which I wish more of us would ignore ... but this politician in one statement has blown more hot air than el niño over the ocean! And just like el niño she is likely to aggravate the coming storms |

Just to show the world, how these thankless persons react, and the real them behind their masks. gen I think I understand ... she thinks she can be one of those at the fore of the crowd by pandering to them. Few men can unleash the human stampede and then ride it successfully. I don't know anything about this lady but somehow I doubt she is a leader of that caliber. Her comfortable spot atop a powerless dummy state would probably be one of the first casualties when the storm breaks. |
