And by your logic, there are no black people in the united states except for african immigrants? All black americans who were around during slavery are mixed, you'd be hard pressed to find a black person who isn't like 10-20% white.

Actually, the vast majority of "black" Americans, well over 90%, have DNA from other groups, particularly white but also native American. You can look that up. They identify as solely black because of certain factors in American history but in the stricted scientific sense they indeed are not black.
