I was moving from Bavaro to Santo Domingo. They told me that is going to be all finished in 7 working days. I made four reclamations, and from the day I asked the transfer, Codetel was generating a bill, as I have a full service, even the service was canceled... My telephone line has no function, and I do not have Internet (a neighbor borrowed me the cable, that's how I am using it now). Not only that I am frustrated with blackouts (in Bavaro there is 24h electricity, 21 Century), but now this issue. I found out that Tricom will give me 50% discount if I come with contract cancellation of another company. (funny marketing). |

We opened a new Re/Max office in El Conde, so I am between Bavaro and Sto Dgo. Here in Gazcue electricity is okay, but sometimes is abuso total. |
