Laboral, Migration, Sexual Exploitation, in the fashion industry ,trafiking, musical such as The Exploitation of Women in Hip-hop Culture Exploitation of women in hip-hop culture has become an accepted part of it for both the artists and audiences alike, and many critics blame the music without looking any deeper. When going to any hip-hop related event, my friends and I normally expect that we will be disrespected verbally and physically, and have to prepare ourselves accordingly. We have to be careful in choosing what clothes to wear, how we carry ourselves and what we say. I have often wondered why it is so acceptable (for men and women) and what the roots of the values expressed in the culture are. ok those were my two cents and yes it a very insteristing topic Marisol www.hinenicommunications.wordpress.com La biblia sobre empleos por contratos y becas en Canada. informacion bilingue gratis y por registro. http://www.hinenimedia.memberlodge.org http://www.hinenicommunications.wordpress.com |

This is YOUR statement to another poster that I was referring to: "You must be "black" as a Haitian tar baby" Does it make any sense to you a dark skinned person your self to harbor such scorn and derision for dark skin? Then many Dominicans are going to turn around and wondered and complained that the world are aware of their extreme anti dark skinned and Black (racism) and on and on |

You say all this to say what? Nothing I said will change the preception that is generated as a result of the "one drop rule'. So why do I care what others think? How about you either commenting on the subject matter and stop worrying about what "You" think others are going to say. My comment has nothing to do with dark skin, just a reference to "tar" and "baby", a joke that obviously touched your soft feminine spot. Go find a man to pick on. The have a sweet girlfriend in the DR that they visit a couple of times a year. They send her and all her family all kinds of money to bail them out of one made up crisis after another. What the poor saps do not know is that the same Dominican woman has four other gringos, as well as her hidden DR boyfriend. Am I making this up? Sadly, no… William Visit: www.caribbeanrealty.ca www.casablancacabarete.com |
