Lately, I feel like we have become a bit rude but generally speaking we are very hospitable. Edited on 5/20/2008 11:14 AM by ny4life. |

Indeed DR is or can be quite an hospitable place when they chose to be but I agree lately we have become a bit rude, but for the most part I would say yes indeed we can be somewhat, quite hospitable. Now that is a synonymous for beautiful and paradise!!! Before Brazil or it was not for BRAZIL, the word Morena and glorifying our black Latinas trend would not have existed. Brazil is the prime example place of aspiration and hope DR and Haiti should look up to. The funny thing is, DR is right next to racist Argentina and they both speak a somewhat different language that even with that they co-exist in way greater cohesion that you would not know those two have social conflicts between them. I would have to agree for the first time ever with Jaboa that this picture only has the average beauty, then again, I suppose the point is if the average can look like this that is more than you can bargain for lol. By the way, the best looking decent respectful Dominican girl do not go to tourist oriented areas so they are not mistaken for putas. You want to see beauty in DR, go to Higuey or La Romana , go to San Cristobal or Bani. Oh please do remember to go to SPM or last but not least Barahona. Those are the place to exclude La Romana, where you really get great hospitality and the people there are not arrogant and they do not cater to White tourist like they are gods, but like they are humans. In those places you could have all the cash in the world or the whitest skin or at times the darkest of skin and it will not matter much if at all, because in those places I have just mentioned, everybody great each other with pleasant words like "Hola mi amor, Que bueno amigo and the lovely loud and enchanting Buenas!" Once again in Brazil, a camera man would simply pass those girls by in the picture above and only the one with the Cowboy hat is above average and you can tell she knows it, too. Anyway, the camera man would pass the by because they do not begin to even fit the average good looking Brazilian girls category period. Edited on 5/20/2008 4:21 PM by YoSoyHispanolano. I just saw a video stating that Brazil doesn't embrace Black models. There are hardly any in black models in Brazil. I mean I guess they are "worshipped" to an extend. In either case, black Dominicanas are just morenitas and we love them for being Dominican. |

Brazil is a racist society where blacks are at the bottom marginalised in there own society. Brazil has every shade in the book but it isn't no paradise. Where the hell did you get that from? I think Latin America still suffer from mental disorders due to class and caste systems. At least you have a good eye for distinguishing the only one in the picture that was gorgeous..The others wouldn't even get notice in my book. Guys lets tone it down. We do have women here as well so lets be respectful and not treat women like objects.. |
