Why do'nt you and some of your Dominican Patroits here go and invest in some of this property. We got dominican medical specilists, philosophers, polictical activists, and drug dealers and rich scam artists here with a world of knowledge, money and know.

Go invest in the D.R.. Use some of the money you spend on haircuts, dominoes, tequila and EL Presidente.

You shouldn't be so smug and full of yourself, cangaceiro, specially when both of your countries have made it to this list:

Eso es algo dificil de hacer, mi compai, especialmente cuando sus tropiezos son tan faciles de señalar.

Could it be that your understanding of spanish is so poor that any half-assed haitian construction worker can fool you with their poor accent?

I can bet your last dollar I can spanish better and more proper than any dominican you know. I was there in the country doing the Presidential elections, and many, many Dominicans listening to Lionel speak could'nt understand crap he was saying. Complaining that his Spanish and accent was different.

Most important, I bet you did'nt know that thousands of dominicans who are deported back to the D.R. for drug crimes in the U.S. can't speak a lit of spanish. Brought to the States illegally by the parents when they young, they are kicked off at the airport to fend for themselves.

So again I say, there is not much different between Dominicans and Haitians. A little hair dye and perm and who'll know the different.

That might be so for one droppist foreigner like you, but I could make a wager that this is not so with any of us that live over here, and who most importantly, know the different nuances that distinguish one from the other without a second thought (even in the way of walking and conducting themselves there's an astonishing difference between both peoples). So again, stick to the US and Brazil, cangaceiro, cuz' if there's something that you have shown over here is that you're mightily ignorant of even the everyday reality of those countries.

You shouldn't be so smug and full of yourself, cangaceiro, specially when both of your countries have made it to this list:

Brasil is no more dangerous than the U.S.. and clearly you cannot tell me the D.R. is a safer or worst yet a better place to live than the U.S.

For both of these countries I want you to tell that to the millions of tourists that flock to Brasil. Every year Brasil is in the top 5 vacation spots in the world.

Go tell that to the thousands of Dominicans who submit Visa applications to the United States and the millions more Mexicans and other immigrants who marched on U.S. streets for amnesty.

Tell that to the thousands of European low lives that head to Brasil each year in search of the woman of their dreams. Even the author of the article wants to find a Brasilian woman or live in the United States.

Shit! even you.

Heck, the people in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo would not think so, specially when we take into account that the US hasn't movilized the army to control a prison riot as it has been the case of some prisons in Sao Paulo, or to control the doings of simple delinquency as it happens on the favelas of Rio. Moreover, since when human beings have taken notice of their security when pursuing their curiosity (in the case of the tourists going to Brazil) or the needs of survival ( the migration to the US)? Again, your point is moot. My whole point as that you should drop your very-out-of-place arrogance and look at the failings of both your societies instead of pointing fingers to the failings of others.

Keep ASSuming and venting hot air, cangaceiro, cuz' you're mightily amusing in your ignorance. Dreadlocks is right, human stupidity truly have no bounds, you are the clear proof of the truthfulness of his theory.

Not race and color. Discrimination. I'm obsessed with discrimination.

Especially when the person or persons are of the same orgin. I mean do you actually think Dominicans here in the 1960s were allowed to drink from all white water fountains, sat on the front of buses, date white women ect.
