this is why you never never never buy anything here in DR until built and people living there...and do not buy from anyone you do not check out with authorities....ie other dominicans in area...most of new projects will not be completed,as it is laundered drug money...

We gave them all the logical explanations of why booms are essential in a capitalist economy, but it seems impossible due to their fixed pessimistic mindset and lack of brain function for economic knowledge.
