We have excellent Dominican doctors in many fields, maybe you should ask why so many haitian woman cross the border illegaly to the Dominican Republic to have their children there. Maybe because in Haiti you lack hospitals, YES you do. And on top of that they want to be considered dominican and be granted citizenship, NO you cant.
