ARCATYPE: Dude your none of the above you are just rambling this is not Haiti we do have medical facilities. We have excellent Dominican doctors in many fields, maybe you should ask why so many haitian woman cross the border illegaly to the Dominican Republic to have their children there. Maybe because in Haiti you lack hospitals, YES you do. And on top of that they want to be considered dominican and be granted citizenship, NO you cant.
