One reason I'll never lose faith in my people
Sometimes i wonder out loud, what a nightmare we're living now days in DR, i mean you name it, government corruption, drug trafficking at all levels, drug addiction everywhere, crime, foreigners chopping down trees for charcoal, big business grabbing all the land, etc, etc

and then I ran into this little boy history on the Nuria & Judith Leclerc blog:

I shows that there still hope in the land of Duarte.

Compared to the Boricuas or even the Americans, our youth is not that much into that.

DUDE
That's what makes this story amazing, dominican kids today are more interested in doing evil shit, I mean not all of them obviously, but a big chunk of our youth are growing up the wrong way.
I give the mother a lot of credit, children are a reflection of their parents.

Yawn, you guys complain way too much, who gives a f*ck? Do you expect the DR to become a boring, westernized, cultureless country like Argentina? Just be happy that you're the best economy in the Caribbean for pete's sake.

and who gives a fuck about what you have to say.

The only one complaining here is you.
