I think it should be mandatory as well, education and professional confidentiality of the disease should be mandatory also.
I think when the stigma is gone this will really stop this disease in its tracks- people won't be afraid to communicate to each other and be honest about their state.

Ada Aimée de la Cruz González is a Dominican beauty queen. She first came to fame as Miss Dominican Republic World 2007, where she placed in the top 15 at Miss World 2007 and was Miss World Beach Beauty 2007.
