A formidable task ,this might be an understatement. Yes I know it's an immense undertaking, however I feel that if the Dominican Community at large and concerned citizens participate there exist a real possibility of bringing this to fruition. I am willing to invest my time as well as money(the little that I have), but I cannot do it alone. I feel that once the software and tech resources and intelligent minds are in place and implemented everything will fall into place. Build it and they might just come.
