La Vega and San Jose de ...(something) are the only two that could work. And whoever styled the shoes for some these ladies equals "epic fail". I think one of the girls' toes were trying to "runaway" from her open-toe shoes, scary. Definitely, have had better looking girls for this competition in the past (at least for DR). Perhaps its to be chalked up to poor styling and lighting. I saw Presentation photos of the Miss PRU delegates and the makeup jobs on a lot of the ladies would have made you run for cover (no pun intended). Maybe its intended who knows. Should be better for the next promo event, (Magali knows better especially for DR, where sponsors give a damn).

Out of all of the girls the only one that could and should win is La Vega but, I have a feeling that Yildry Peña is going to win since she was asked personally by Magaly Fables to sign up for the pageant

Pardon my ignorance but which region does Yildrey Pena represent?

Ok, now I understand why I did not know who she was. About Monseñor Nouel, although I would never turn her down for a date, I was not very impressed, at least not as a Miss Universe candidate.
She may be good to take out perhaps for a movie and dinner but other then that, I dont' see why Miss Feebles asked her personally to sign up for the pageant unless there was a shortage of willing or abled qualified participants ready to join this year. Other then that I dont see whats the big deal about her. She is just an average pretty girl, a dime a dozen one can spot anywhere in the DR. I mean don't get me wrong, she is pretty and nice, with sugar and spice, but not to compete with some heavy competition from all over the Universe. Now that is a different story.

My favorites for now are most definitely La Vega, El Seibo, Santiago, San Jose de Ocoa, Peravia and of personal preference Miss Distrito National.
