Dominicans are way better people than this rodent, and this is not something i expect to be repetitive. i hope i am right in my analysis. |

Quote: vacanos previously said: Unfortunately our country doesn't have the capability to hire as much police officer, built jail, create program, ECT. 1. The number of police is not so important. It's their ethics, character, training, discipline and supervision. You all know what kind of reputation the police has in this country among their fellow citizens. 2. With all the money which is embezzled and syphoned off by politicians here one could improve policing very much. But they could not care less... 3. Even according to official statistics the DR has one of the highest violent death rates worldwide. http://www.procuraduria.gov.do/PGR.NET/Estadisticas.aspx http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/cri_mur_percap-crime-murders-per-capita m'frog Edited on 9/30/2009 9:25 PM by mountainfrog. Una soga y un Cabrerita por cada barrio es lo unico que nesecitamos. We heard it in the video if they sell the house where will they go? everywhere you go is the same deliquencies nowdays. No doubt la Soga and Cabrerita were a necessary evil I agree such an heinous crime need a strong reponse to avoid copycat, in this case an eye for an eye should apply by state and very swiftly. We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope. |

In this case this would mean that "the state" (who is that?) should rape the perpetrator.
