Hmm, I heard Bill was Dominican and snuck into the USA - his Gramma still lives here in the DR and she remembers him being born, but his Birth Certificate says Hawaii. But Bill's DR father left the mom so Billy was raised by his white mom and her parents. A real rags to some kind of riches story. And as Bill always said "I am the first colored President in USA history".
