This is just another case of a "Haitian national being beheaded in Dominican soil". Of course, the ones that run this online magazine didn't bother to say the nationalities of the perpetrators, they just say that a Haitian got killed in DR so readers assume that an evil-racist-antihaitianist Dominican did it out of hate, and just put more pressure on the pot.

I am always saying the media has control on people's minds such that there could be ten thousand kids that get killed and no reports on them will make people think anything, but there dies ONE/1 person by the same means, and that one happens to be of a special importance to the media puppeteers or a protegée, quickly they use sweet words and describe the gore in a report, so people feel touched. I have been realizing how far corruption combined with power can go, over the last couple of years.
