This is for everyone who enjoys a nice drink of a Premium rum Brugal extra viejo and an iced cold world class Presidente beer. Share your experiences while enjoying two world renowned drinks.

I don't like beer, but I do like brugal, specially with coke (cuba libre) or with 7up (santo libre). It's present every time we go to the beach, a neverita with ice and a big galón de brugal, and the obligatory white foam cups.

Just be sure to keep sight of your drink, sometimes it gets emptied pretty fast....

RE: Brugal and Presidente the best in the world !
Non-rum related question: Since the Dominican Republic is the world's largest cigar producer and is rising in recognition alongside Cuba I'd like to know which cigars would be the best to try? Which brand has had the best reviews among experts? Fuente? Leon Jimenes? An acquaintance of mine will be visiting the D.R very soon and is eager to try cigars there. I don't smoke so I wouldn't know anything about cigar quality.
