Port-au-Prince, le 5 novembre.-Les autorités dominicaines se disent préoccupées par la brutale attaque contre un citoyen dominicain au centre ville de Port-au-Prince le 28 octobre dernier. Juan Hernandez de Dios Ramos, 24 ans, avait été invité par un ami à passer quelques jours en Haïti. Il a été attaqué et laissé pour mort alors qu’il sortait d’un supermarché selon de nombreux témoins. .
Ses agresseurs l’auraient dans un premier temps questionné sur son identité. Ils l’auraient approché alors qu’il circulait à pied dans la zone de Poste Marchand (Lalue-Port-au-Prince) pour lui demander d’abord s’il était agent de la Minustah ou un soldat américain. Ramos aurait alors déclaré qu’il est citoyen dominicain, ignorant qu’il venait d’offrir une occasion de se faire attaquer. De nombreux témoins ont rapporté que les individus, des jeunes pour la plupart, ont alors fait référence à l’assassinat de 3 haïtiens en République Dominicaine le mois dernier. Ils se jetèrent sur Ramos, le frappant à coups de pierres et bâtons et le laissant pour mort. Une patrouille du commissariat de Port-au-Prince, arrivée sur les lieux suite à l’appel de quelques riverains témoins de la scène, l’a alors transporté dans un centre hospitalier.
Les autorités dominicaines sont également préoccupées par le comportement des médecins de l’hôpital qui auraient refusé de prodiguer des soins à Ramos sous prétexte qu’il était un citoyen dominicain. Ramos aurait repris conscience le lendemain, laissé l’hôpital avant de s’effondrer à nouveau en pleine rue. Les pièces qu’il portait auraient ainsi permis à une patrouille de la PNH de le conduire au consulat dominicain d’où il a pu être rapatrié vers sa terre natale.
L’ambassadeur dominicain Ruben Silié Valdez a confirmé le 4 novembre que Ramos avait été conduit le 30 octobre en République Dominicaine où il est actuellement soigné. L’ambassadeur se dit vivement préoccupé par cette attaque gratuite et dit compter sur le gouvernement haïtien pour faire la lumière.
Le responsable de la police de Port-au-Prince, Michel Ange Gédéon, a confirmé l’ouverture d’une enquête pour retrouver les auteurs de cet acte barbare qui ne vient que ternir les relations entre les deux peuples. Michel Ange Gédéon a réitéré sa volonté de combattre la criminalité sous toutes ses formes et place cette agression comme un acte de plus dont les auteurs seront identifiés et poursuivis.

The dominican ambassador Ruben Silié Valdez confirmed on November 4th that Ramos had been driven on October 30th in Dominican Republic where one nowadays treats on him. The ambassador claims to be deeply preoccupied by this free attack and to be told rely upon the Haitian government to bring the truth.
The representative for the police of Port-au-Prince, Michel angel Gideon, confirmed the opening of an inquiry to find the authors of this barbaric act which comes only to tarnish relations between both people. Michel angel Gideon iterated his will to fight crime under all her forms and puts this attack as an act furthermore the authors of which will be identified and followed.

Good excuse from now on for our country to reject the 40% Haitians who get free medical including the many Haitian's woman who go to DR to give birth.

Thank you for that Google interpretation (lol). So to conclude, what is said here is that they do not condone such an act and they call it barbaric as they find it to be wrong. Did they not, so where is the ambiguous support for hate in this article?

Well A dominican invited by a friend was spending time in Haiti. Then,young people (teenagers or young adult)asked him if he was an american soldier or someone of the minustah he then said he was dominican. They beat him refering for the dearth of the 3 haitians end of the story.
