La Vega Carnival:

Look like the rest of the damn country to me? I don't see what DeiCibao and ElTorodeCibao are always bragging about. I guess we can cross La Vega off the list. Now it's THREE provinces; Monsenor Nouel, Santiago and Valverde, looks like the Light Skinned Mulatto Dominican race is dying, I mean three provinces!?!? I think there are more majority-black provinces in Puerto Rico than there are light skinned mualtto provinces in the DR.

But I must say; Valverde, Monsenor Nouel and Santiago must be pretty well-populated provinces to spawn so many defensive bigots trying to make the DR into Puerto Rico. But who knows, maybe most of you guys are Blacks from Higuey
