Let's look at the DR's racial demographic:

16% White = Blanco/Rubio:



73% mixed = Indio:


11% black = Haitian:


Now Puerto Rico's:

80% White:


12% mixed:


7% black:


So all of you light skinned cibaenos are a minority in your country.

So theoretically, if the 73% of Dominicans all got their hair relaxed and started skin bleaching like fernando villalona and bonny cepeda (the two guys I posted as White for the Dominican demographics), then the DR would be 89% White and 11% black Haitian migrants
