Hmm: Extrangero Comiendo Gato En Cabarete, DR.

* I am simply wondering: So, why must or are they automatically "Extranjeros" and not presumably assumed to be Dominicans ?

I wonder to whom is that leading next to be the culprit...?

Because the chimi's here use dog meat, and not cat's. What I have heard though, is that if you have a cat near a construction site these days, then you can kiss that cat's good bye. You do know what is the ethnicity of the people working (and a large part of them living in) in those sites, don't you?

Maybe the late CabareteWilli have exchanged a word or two with him, telling him that he's an heretic and a sinner for eating that kind of meat.

Heck when I was station in S.Korea during my time in the army. I was in shock to see the S. Korean people eat dog. They raise these dogs as as sheep. The dog is called Kegogi. It is all about the culture. In DR as much hungry someone become they will never kill to eat "Ruiz Señor".

Wow,

That is a shocker... As I was almost getting ready to hear people pin this on the Haitians as well. Although ironically and hypocritical enough of me, I do know some Haitians who actually do claim they eat cats (lol).
