Rules are rules indeed, but the enforcement of the rules must be applied all across the board. This site has been engaging in favoritism acts as to who they ban and censor.

There are members whom have used all sorts of profanity, vulgarity and inappropriateness yet they are still on here simply because the admins presume those members are Dominicans.
