Haitian is depressing our country salary by 40%. If you don't know your country's history during Balaguer and Trujillo they were kept in check. this situation is two fold because you place heavy emphasis on the fronteras but the interior is just as responsible also. i am not minimizing the corruption on the border but since they are screwing up like you say they are then santo domingo and the surounding areas are just as guilty for not doing their part. so we blame the border for everything and let off the other provinces as if they are choir boys? no way! if they get past the border somebody has to intercept. as far as i am concerned no such thing is taking place.

How come as Dominicans we never show this side of DR when posting negative images of other places like Haiti and all? How do we fix this problem in Miches or/and La Puya, DR? That is why ironically, I never get too upset when people often post negative images of Haiti because by posting it, it brings to light issues that need solutions such as this here... This guy narrating the video, I could never get mad at him becauser he showed the situation with compassion and as unbiased he possible can be while not ignoring that Haitian migration in DR is indeed a great problem for DR which the Haitian government needs to take grater initiative. Maybe your mother have a deeper love for Haiti than you will ever have, cuz' as I see things, Leonel have been more tolerant with haitian inmigration (of whatever kind) than Hipo, Miguel or the PRD in general will ever be.
