So project HAARP destroyed Port Au Prince the first two times as well? I do believe that HAARP is probably doing to bad things in the world but the fact that earthquakes destroyed Port Au Prince in 1751 and 1770 mean that this is a reoccuring pattern along the fault. Doesn't make any sense to build along the fault again because a 9.0 magnitude earthquake is the most destructive terrestrial force on the planet. Port Au Prince and other cities should be relocated but that's a pipe dream.

You do know that you do not have to direct your response directly at me, right? That is why it says above: Discuss, dispute, debate or debunk... With civility, which ever one position you wish to take, simply present it with your argument whether cogent, valid, and deductive... so long your premises are sound for the evidence you want to argue your stance on.
