Japan has to import a lot of rice ...... the supid people at th WTO say so. But Japanese farmers produce rice also - superior rice some say.
So the Japanese government buys all the imported rice and gives it away as aid - preseumably destroying farmers elsewhere. It also subsidised the production of rice products for export.

Less interntaional trade is better and Lamy - well words cannot describe...
