Go to google, pretend U R making a search on Oil by start typing "Oil in." Chances are, "oil in Haiti" is the first on the automatic query there! Allow me to be a Conspiracist goons for a minute, that suspicious evidence explains why after Haiti's quake, among other sporadic strangenesses, the next HAARP target was Venezuela, the one nation they don't want in Haiti for the possible oil! Then let us "hypothetically" say Chile was hit by HAARP, the next Latin-American nation to could have helped Haiti cope strategically due to experience dealing with quakes. Also since MINUSTAH Brazil's already in Haiti coincidentally pillaging it along with the NGOs! Now this one is being said with no ill intent for fierce argument, but nevertheless, HAARP did not touch the Dominican Republic because investments are already made there given DR's developmental growth why talk of merging with Haiti one came about during the Dominican president visit in France!
