Beware of Nigerian Fraud Scams - DT PMs

Nigerian Letter (also called the 419 fraud, Nigerian scam, Nigerian bank scam, or Nigerian money offer): An advance-fee fraud is a confidence trick in which the target is persuaded to advance sums of money in the hope of realizing a significantly larger gain. This scam usually begins with a letter, PM or e-mail like the one above. (Just in case, this guy pfadaya says that is located in Nigeria)

The number "419" refers to the article of the Nigerian Criminal Code (part of Chapter 38: "Obtaining Property by false pretences; Cheating dealing with fraud.

There are lots of sources on the web showing scam tactics to lure scatterbrain victims:

It's just a heads up for DT users, since some thieves still try to target people randomly, believe it or not some may still fall in the trick, that's why they keep sending messages.

and, perludom, as WC Fields used to say ¨you cannot cheat an honest man ¨so, guys who fall for these scams are usually those looking for a quick score without working for it. i shed no tears for them when they lose the farm.
