The Funny Way Some Dominicans Say Things.....
Ever wondered from where some Dominicans learn to say the things they say?.

For instance, some say:

Vivaporu instead of Vick's Vapor Rub.

Tubei instead of Two Base.

Jonron instead of Home Run.

Fortimal instead of Forty Malt

I know, I know, they say it the way it sounds......... I am just making a joke.

Anybody else with some funny words?.

What about the "funniest" line of them all:

"I'll be there in 10 minutes" and then end up getting there 3 hours later, if they get there at all!.

Also: cachu instead of ketchup.

Anybody with more?.

Wrong. It's confle instead of corn flakes, fruit loops, cheerios, lucky charms, etc..
