if the election result is close as 4 years ago (bush vs Gore) I bet you they will steal it easily if it were to be contested at the supreme court. The republican party and bushes have been promoting right wing judge that support their ideology.

Tonyj good news the republicans wont have to steal it this time..... McCain leads Democrat Barack Obama by 50%-46% among registered voters, the Republican's biggest advantage since January and a turnaround from the USA TODAY poll taken just before the convention opened in St. Paul. Then, he lagged by 7 percentage points.....Also they are going to drill for oil on Ozone Al Gores bald spot

antonio, pay no attention to GC. there has got to be 50 polls out there , all of them having different results. there is another poll which shows obama 4 points ahead. but that is within the margin of error, so, 4 points is a statistical dead heat. why don't you mention that , GC?

actually, GC, i am beginning to side with you. i want to see mccain win. i believe that americans deserve more foreclosures, more job losses, no health care, inaccesibility to student loans, and to watch all their jobs go abroad. they voted for a second term of bush, so why not a third. i really am beginning to hope the republicans win again. then, the combustible, militaristic, mccain, and his gun totin , moose shootin, snowmobile tunin, sarah P can start a few more wars. johnny can bomb, bomb.,bomb, bomb iran, much to the amusement of americans. they all love a good war, until their kids have to go get blown up. it is pathetic, but, what the heck? any people who cannot vote for a man because of the fact that he is black , deserve to stay in misery. hopefully, they will not cry too much when millions more jobs are lost. you pays your money, you takes your chances. it is the year 2008. and 9% of voters will not vote for a black man!!! and americans will have you believe it is a civilised country. i give up.

Review your remarks Dread....it shows a level of despair not warranted....the fact he is running is incredible ...it is the fact that he is the wrong black man dread the wrong black man and the wrong party.....a large portion of his voters black or white would vote for Snoop Dog if he was running ....what does that tell you....Use caution and watch the very small violent minorities implicit Rodney King threats..... they will alienate the electorate even more

what do you mean by "the wrong black man"? who is the "right black man"?, or is there such a thing? wrong for whom? white people? no, i am not despairing. i am an old dog now, and i don't care one way or another. let mccain and palin win, by saying "read my lips, no new taxes". then, have them explain who is going to come up with the 100 billion to buy out freddie mac and fannie may. oops; i forgot! our grandkids get to take care of that. sarah palin; foreign policy. woman just got a passport for the first time maybe two years ago! if you want to deal with the world, at least go look at it! it amuses me no end. i am rooting for bush 3. as they say, the only way to cure a junkie is when he hits rock bottom. maybe america needs more misery for people to wise up. and stop being neanderthal racists.

Dread I hope you dont mean ....just because he is black he deserves to be voted for out of guilt....Dread I would give you a list of black republicans I could support......But I wont..... because I would become angry when you call them Uncle Toms so I wont have these men and women subjected to your insults.....you can support snoop dog or Obama or who ever..........Incidentally Hillary was right Obama should have waited it looks like Obama will become a footnote just like Geraldine Ferraro who is probably going to support my beloved Sarah because Obamas people did her dirt during the campaign

GC, is it not the least bit paternalistic for white people to tell black people who is the "right" black man for them? firstly, none of the guys whom you can name would get 10% of the black vote. colin ain't going to run, because the missus says no. you think black folks will vote for Larry Elder? you see, you caucasians believe that black people should only vote for a black republican, if they want to vote black. well, the demographics are changing. hey, the day will come when the numbers favor black folks, and they do not have to vote for people whom caucasians suggest. then, my friend, the crap is going to hit the fan.
