The interview was with ABC Charlie Gibson which aired I believe wed thur and fri. Anyone who has basic communications experience or has majored in communications would agree she did a poor job at convincing the public she has the experience. Sarah Palin on convention night was a different Sarah Palin. One who was rigorously drilled by the Republican Storm Troopers. During her interview there was no teleprompter to blame her deficiencies. It was a one on one interview.

Second, don't care what the hell you own. Owning a company or Firm doesn't qualify you for being a leader. Doesn't qualify you for assessing others leadership. Third: You cant learn leadership. Don't care how much money or schooling you have. Leadership is a natural innate quality that depending on the individual can either grow mature or die. Anyone can lead idiots and be called a leader if all he is leading is a herd of mooncalves.

What makes a leader is how that "leader" performs when confronted by adverse conditions, circumstances and competent challenging individuals. The ability to make real and pragmatic calculated decisions while eliminating or mitigating risk to the group, organization or his/her followers. The ability to maintain unity, order and yet accomplish the goals.

For those who criticize the Community Organizer" let me tell you community organizer is a job that entails much "Real Hard" work, responsibility and leadership. Just like a Teacher it is a undervalued profession or endeavor. A community organizer at times has little power and thus must rely on his savvy leadership and not administrative power like a mayor to accomplish his goals. Have you been a public servant on ground zero? Have you been in the military? Have you led more than 200 ethnically divers and mentally challenged individuals on a daily basis? You know Dreads I used to be a Republican most of my life because I really did consider myself to be conservative with many of the same ideals that bind the Republican Party. God has witnessed my incriminating faults and vices, but I am not perfect and neither do I wish or profess to be. But was has alienated me most from has been the pure hypocrisy of the party which fortunately did become evident to me when I moved to the Midwest and submerged myself 100% in the Anglo culture.
