Every Marine is given the necessary basic tools to lead effectively. How well a specific Marine leads will depend on that Marine’s innate leadership substance and how well he uses his tools.
........The answer to the question is: The leader is every Marine.

If Obama as a community organizer, then a legistlature and finally as a Senator cannot be considered a leader neither can McCain or the silver spoon fed Bush. Don’t care if Mcain was an officer in the Navy officers know just as much about leadership as a beauraucrat. Real leadership is on the ground level, in the trenches.



Leadership is not limited to anyone person in an organization. If you want to know about Obama’s work as a community organizer or a legislature conduct an unbiased search. Google has everything you need. Don’t pick and choose simply to support your argument.

And you failed to answer my questions. Have your ever done Community work on a large scale? Have you been in the Military? Have you ever been in the trenches? Have you been anywhere in this globe that doesn’t involve a tiki bar and a lounge chair?

I can tell I have. I have led men I have been a position of leadership where I’ve had to do with what I had. I have dealt with adverse conditions situations and as well as difficult people/followers with the most difficult personalities and attitudes. So please don’t try to downplay someone’s accomplishments if you have no sense or understanding of the entire scope of what it entails.

Finally I could honestly legitimize you having an argument if you were a gringo. But coming from you or GC whose only reason for being Republican is attributed to the Bay of Pigs.
