I have stated it before. Nothing wrong with it. It is basic Human nature. Even you are an elitist. You have shown that time and again here. Your comments about racism in the U.S. is evidence of that. ..........And therefore you have no idea of what is really going on in the world. You really need to get from under that skirt. I have yet to meet one Hispanic Republican that has values and ideas in line with the Republican Party unless he is an elitest. And what does that tell you? Isn’t this what the Republicans were criticizing Obama for. Being an elitest. Not being in touch with real life American Issues. Hypocrisy at its finest. Elitest only care about one thing “self” about enriching themselves regardless of the cost to others. Driven by money and greed they will sell their souls and pay homage to the old might dollar today the euro tomorrow and the yen the next day. I was a republican living in a blue state and was shocked, I mean really shocked at how many closet republican homosexuals lived in this state and when they were asked why they were in the closet they simply said this is “Bible Belt Republican Country”. Let the CEO's with all their millions in compensation pull themselves up by their bootstraps? Edited on 9/15/2008 1:10 PM by ladronaso. So, you don't like what's happening in DR.... |

Hipocrisy. is the reaon why I defected from the republican party and now a proud independant. I was sitting with a coworker(card carrying Republican) who just went on and on about democrats and Clinton etc etc specifically Clinton lying about the whole ordeal. One day we go out to a bar and have a few drinks. After warming up to me he began to tell me about all his little affairs and so forth. I then asked if he didnt think he was the same as Clintn? He responded no, becuase he hasnt been confronted and if he would he would tell the truth. I then told hime that he was the same, the only difference is that he was "living the lie". Well after that he never spoke to me again regarding anything personal. Like him, there many. each had his/her own interpretation of what was accpetable and not. For the reason that I will no-longer explicitly or implicitly express any loyalty to any party by listing myself in their roster, ever! My total disgust with the Hypocrisy of Republican party and lack of confidence in the Democratic party has left me no choice but to relinquish any ties that may imply loyalty to any one party and thus I have declare myself as an independent Voter. I believe on voting on the preponderance of the issues and not on a narrow item such as "What the Candidate will do for Dom Rep or Cuba like so many narrow minded individuals. As if I could really expect and "trust" the U.S. to solve my country's problems without a hefty repayment. So, you don't like what's happening in DR.... |
