Location: Dominican Republic Join date: January 2011 Member #: 6859 Posts: 70 | Cibao question Probably has been done before but I was wondering if the posters here consider San Francisco de Macoris to be part of the cibao? I posted this in DT aswell, but I wanted to get consensus. For that matter, is Dajabon? The confusion for me lies in it's two meanings. The geographic north, and the cultural interior, so what say you guys? |

But you have to drive thru SFM with the windows closed and don't stop for anyone |

In reality SFM and La Vega use to be the same back in the old days. As you travel east I would say Castillo is the old line but now that line has expanded much farther. What is known as cibao adentro was the triangle betwen Santiago, La Vega and SFM but now is hard to say since the line has expanded so much.
