If property is zoned for large buildings the government is responsible to make sure they can protect it's citizens. That being said the bigger problems I see are natural disasters and not fire in 99% concrete buildings.

As I have said before I agree that this furniture is trash compared to our local furniture industry and I am sure IKEA will not take the loca furniture industry out of business. The point is that this type of competition is healthy for our eaconomy.
