In addition to Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador these two other countries achieved a much higher ranking then the Dominican Republic. I am bewildered as to why these two others did so much better then us. I would have thought that maybe Unibe and Univerdad Catholica Madre y Maestra because of its excellent reputation for quality education would have appeared and figured somewhere among the list of Universities, yet only Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestras barely made to the bottom rungs.
