Corrupt military and Police in D.R.

The Corrupt military and police in DR, can you blame them?
Can you blame someone how has not had a significant pay raise in years. Now Imagine your military, your commander and chief president Lionel Fernandez has been accused of buying the elections, stealing the money to buy the elections and spread it among his friends “Sun Land”.

Knowing this how can some stay moral when it seems your commanders and politicians have no morals them selves?

Foreigners, none Dominicans and just plain jerks own everything and the rest else is extremely expensive.
Housing is on the raise, inflation is running wild, and your salary is peanuts. Even having a second job is difficult firearms are extremely expensive and the government is going to make it harder for the populace to carry firearms legally.

So here is your choice, do nothing and be a bum. Or join the corruption and make Capital.
Buy that house you want so much and feed your family.
D.R. was plagued by corruption for years and we have been dealing with the empire.

My question is What would you do?

The military is corrupt because its full of greedy, uneducated morons! DR could and should be a wonderful place IF only every one stop trying to be right and get theirs! LF has done more for this country and is respected around the world. He gains respect for all Dominicans not like a few other Prez that we have had recently. He has created more high level jobs with no functions as a payback to all those who helped him buy the election. He is killing the country. He can't afford to pay for electricity but he will buy super tucanos, and is building a useless metro. Yes he bought the elections, to include with drug money. He is complicit in the drug activity here in the DR and he should be accountable for it. He is the root for all of the existing problems because he does not demonstrate ANY leadership in solving the social problems that plague the country.
