I can see these guys are doing one hell of a great job in the construction. We can see the steel work to reinforce the concrete. It is going to hold-up well for a very long time. Looks like it was built to last, for a change. Thank God...........

The landscaping could have been much better Those palm trees don't really provide much sun cover and rectangular shallow Basins with water jets and low water usage plants around it would be a better choice.
