LightOfTruth, Said I know that! Im adressing the correct way of displaying our national emblems that's all. It has nothing to do with who was a good president or who was not. The picture of Joaquin Balaguer was only an example of a properly designed sash with our national seal correctly displayed. But some mindless idiots are using there personal hatred on a thread which has nothing to do with politics.
