DNA Paternity Home Test in the Dominican Republic Hi Patricia, Would you care to elaborate more in how it works and what are the reliability numbers on that test? I thought a test like this costed quite a lot of money and took a long time to do. DaniDR Living in the Paradise |

I guess she was just spamming... DaniDR Living in the Paradise |

DNA Paternity Home Test in the Dominican Republic Dear DanyDR, sorry for not replying earlier to your message. I actually never went to this company myself, i ordered the Kit and got it by messenger and had the samples picked up afterwards to analyze. The taking of the samples itself is so easy even a child can do it. I would go to far here to explain the Reason for my wish of absolute privacy. Anyway i got the Results a few days later . Regardless the fact that i hoped for different outcoming of the Test, at least i know the truce now. The only Difference to a regular Paternity Test and these Home Test is that you can take the samples (with buccal swabs) in the privacy of your Home. I used to live in Europe and there this kind of Paternity testing is Standard for more than 10 years. About the price; they asked me for 10.000 RD$ but i managed to get a 1.000 RD$ discount. I guess that is going to have you nervouse untill you get the results! Like the pregnancy test, just that instead of waiting a couple of minutes it's like a long-term torture! No they are not, because YOU take the samples by yourself in your Home or where ever you like to and therefor nobody (except you) knows from which persons the samples are taken from. The Results are exactly the same like in legal testing. Edited on 6/6/2008 11:57 AM by Patricia. |
